Consider having your pool party, picnic, BBQ, outdoor ceremony or reception on the grounds at Fry’s Spring Beach Club. Fry’s Spring Beach Club Members are generous when it comes to sharing space! FSBC ends all outside events no later than 8:00 pm.

Our prices vary by FSBC membership status. We also offer special non-profit rates. For pricing information specific to your event please email ops@frysspring.org.

Grounds Rental

Depending on the season we can offer swimming and exclusive-use rentals.

100 Guest Maximum: $175-$1,200+ $30/hour per 35 people

200 Guest Maximum: $450-$1,800 + $30/hour per 35 people

Over 200 Guests: $550-$2,500 + $30/hour per 35 people

FSBC lap swimmers may utilize the pools through the end of September; the courts may be in use for pickleball. 

Rentals include access to restrooms and seating on the lower level. 

FSBC may increase rates if it anticipates the need for extra cleaning or event staff/security.
