Thank you for your interest in joining FSBC! If you would like to join FSBC, you must first register for the waitlist and pay the waitlist fee. Please also take a moment to read "Overview and Annual Dues" to understand what type of membership is right for you. Waitlist fees are non-refundable without exception. Prospective members remain on the waitlist until a spot becomes available for them. Waitlist fees are applied to membership fees (not dues) when you become a member. If you are a non-voting member, the waitlist fee covers the one-time initiation fee to the club. If you are a voting member, you will owe the $1,200 voting membership fee less the waitlist fee. Then you are responsible for paying the annual dues for the year as well. Once you have paid the voting membership fee or the initiation fee, you will only owe annual dues moving forward. FSBC accepts and notifies new members via email in early March each year. We will ask that you accept membership by a set date in order to secure your spot. Then your dues and, if applicable fees, are due in full by May 1. If a spot becomes available for you and you are not ready to become a member, you may defer your membership and remain on the waitlist for up to one year. After that, you will be removed from the waitlist and will need to reapply if you would like to be considered for membership in future years. Your place on the waitlist will be determined solely by the date and time when you register. FSBC does not give preference to one type of membership over the other. Payment is required online to complete registration. If you do not have the opportunity to become a member in the current year, you will remain on the waiting list until the following year or when space becomes available. FSBC caps the number of family and dual membership spots each year. We do not cap individual memberships. Therefore, prospective individual memberships are usually able to join the club as soon as they apply. New family and dual members currently spend at least a year on the waitlist before space opens up. We believe that it’s worth the wait though and thank you for your patience. Please note that all memberships are conditional until approved by the FSBC Board of Directors or its designee.
