The Ballroom & Red Room is the larger of the spaces at Fry’s Spring Beach Club and holds a total of 400 people with the ability to seat over 200 people. The Ballroom includes built in booth seating for up to 80 people, a big, beautiful, spring dance floor, a stage for presentation and performance, and a side room for food and beverage service. This space has great acoustics and loads of charm. Included in the Ballroom rental is the attached Red Room, which contains a large bar and is perfect for catering and serving beverages during your party.

Monday – Thursday Daytime Rentals (ending by 4 PM)

150 Guest Maximum: $35-$85/hour, up to $510

400 Guest Maximum: $60-$110/hour, up to $660

Sunday – Thursday Evening Rentals (4 PM – Midnight)

150 Guest Maximum: $50-$100/hour, up to $600

400 Guest Maximum: $75-$125/hour, up to $750

Weekend Daytime Rentals (Saturday-Sunday, ending by 4 PM)

150 Guest Maximum: $420.00 – $800.00

Renters who rent the Ballroom and the Garden Terrace receive a 50% discount on the price of the Garden Terrace.
