The Garden Terrace & Bar is our smaller space and holds a total of 65 people, which includes comfortable seating for approximately 40 people. This space is made up of two distinct areas, the Bar and the Garden Terrace room.  Additional tables and chairs are available for a rental fee of $50.00.

The Garden Terrace & Bar can accommodate up to 65 guests.

Monday – Thursday Daytime Rentals (ending by 4 PM)

$25-$60/hour, up to $360

*Rates are inclusive of cleaning fees; additional costs may include $25-$50/hour event staff fee, security deposit

Sunday – Thursday Evening Rentals (4 PM – Midnight)

$35-$70/hour, up to $420

*Rates are inclusive of cleaning fees; additional costs may include $25-$50/hour event staff fee, security deposit

Weekend Daytime Rentals (Saturday-Sunday, ending by 4 PM)

$50-$85/hour, up to $510

*Rates are inclusive of cleaning fees; additional costs may include $25-$50/hour event staff fee, security deposit

Weekend Evening Rentals (Friday-Saturday, Holiday, 4 PM – Midnight)

$70-$95/hour, up to $570
